WOW! I will never use another plumbing company. From the first phone call, professional and friendly to both techs that were at my house who were technically proficient and seemed to care about getting the issue repaired. It wasn't easy and we ended up replacing a waterless tank that was only a year old. Tom was the initial troubleshooter and Danny took up where Tom left off. Danny stayed late on a rainy, Friday afternoon and felt terrible we were not repaired by the time he left. (Not his fault but bad information from the customer service company of the unit) Danny was there first thing Monday giving us priority to others I'm sure to get our hot water back on. Consider me a very satisfied customer. Thank you Tom, Danny and Silverado Plumbing.
