I had an insurance repair done here at Simplicity.

First of all let me say Natasha And Rudy are Great.
They let me know when I could drop off my vehicle... kept me updated and informed ......
answered all my questions no matter how silly they may have seemed but were important to me.
i seemed to bother them constantly and they reassured me of the process.
Simplicity went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and comfortable with the process.

Easy to complain....
Always harder to show appreciation.
