Poor management 😢.
We have had a leaking bathtub and shower in the master bathroom for going on over 6 weeks multiple request have ben made for repairs to be made , Brady Skidmore personaly , has done nothing productive to resolve the issue and keeps saying it's on the owners, i have text the owners personally multipletimes asking whats going on - no respons ? My bathroom is not habitable and I have issued a 10 day notice for repairs to be completed as of 9/ 10/24 do to non habitability!
Now Me and my wife are leaving on vacation in 17 days and his reply is we will work on it when you get back leaving me without functioning shower or bathroom in the master bedroom for an additional 47 days before they will even look at it . Even though we have made are selves available the last 6 week at any point and also for the next 17 days and he is saying it will not get done till we returne.
This is his text message to me below.
"Not going to happen in 10 days since you will be out of town and no work will be performed while you are not present at the house"
Brady stated this After we have been waiting 6 weeks already and have made it clear we are available the next 17 days prior to leaving for vacation .
The contractor they sent made up lies about making appointment with me to see the damage and that I did not show up and this is nothing short of untrue !
I hope they come to resolution and make the bathroom habitable . Brady you sir should be embarrassed how your treating good honest tenants that always pay on time without skipping a beat and rake very good care of the property.
This is bad buisness my friend. I am now seeking legal counsel because of the experiences we are having with Brady

Brady the multiple maintenance request , phone calls , text messages and everything I can do from my end has been done. The ball is in your hands, sir !
