Skylark threw out a single working father and his mentally disabled daughter after falsifying a Notice to Evict by backdating it. They illegally entered his suite and had forcibly removed all of their possessions. Until now, I haven't witnessed this degree of criminality, nor have I witnessed this level of aggression and appalling lack of professionalism.
