if I could give them a negative review, however, one star is the lowest I can go. I paid premium prize for a replacement key fob for my Dodge pick up. I was instructed at that time. The reason to go through them for the key fob instead of ordering online was for warranty no details were provided. My fault for not asking apparently as I was instructed when I called after already having it replaced once within a matter of a couple of months… That I should’ve asked for the details on the warranty. You are correct, sir. I should’ve asked more questions instead of trusting the company and your words. I am a single mom, barely making it by this economy and to do someone like that is completely bad business.
Of course, when I first ordered the key fob, I was told that warranty was there and that’s the reason for going through them and they were completely accommodating great people to work with when the money was coming out of my pocket. But the service I got calling for a replacement for the second time not the same.
I don’t know if they’re buying used. I don’t know if they’re buying lesser product but when I can tell you is the one from the factory that I got lasted me here since 2016 is now 2025. I did not replace that thing until 2024 and that was my fault for damaging it not the product’s fault at that time
I was more or less accused of damaging my own when all I’m doing is unlocking my truck.
And if they’re not gonna stand behind what they say they’re gonna do then please tell me why I paid more money and board games behind the warranty were not entertaining. The warranty should’ve started from the replacement date not the original date. I was also just now informed that it was a 90 day warranty. No one bothered to tell me that. Again, it’s in the details.
Stay away, order online and save the money! I needed a second one for my Cadillac. I’ll be going elsewhere this time.
