I would not recommend this company. I called for a common wire issue to power a smart thermostat. The tech struggled to resolve and could only one to work. This was in January 2025. Today 3/29/35 I turn on my a/c it both units won’t turn on. I did all the troubleshooting I could . I can get the units to kick on when I push the switch in to test the capacitor. I opened the units to look at wiring and there are bare wires, red, green not connected to anything … not even capped , not even with electrical tape, what kind of tech does this? This company sucks so use some other company.
