The customer service is awful.. the communication is awful. I was supposed to have a video edited from raw clips, of my son's engagement and they tell me 2 weeks later they can no longer edit...the completed raw clips won't work on their platfrom...they are the one's that hired the videographer for me and now cannot edit?? I will never use their service again!
