I worked with Southern Roofing and Renovations out of Nashville. Ron Rich saw that my roof needed repairs and he stopped to inquire if I had a company in line yet. Ron ended up being the right guy at the right time. And for my situation, he also was able to point me to the right people to help me with the insurance company. I cannot say enough about this guy!
Ron kept me well informed, and he is passionate about making sure your roof and the work and the process is done right. He is upfront and honest as all times, and he says what he does and he does what he says. If there is any problems, he will run it by you and make sure you know what your choices are and what he feels may be best for you.
On the day of putting the roof on, he was there the whole time making sure everything was done correctly and he is so passionate about the work being done right that he stayed after the crew left and went over my lawn for nails again AFTER the crew went over my lawn for nails!
The crew that was working that day were hard working and did a great job. They definitely had a great cohesiveness and each person had their part to do. They all knew their part of the puzzle and they worked like a well oiled machine.
If you need your roof done, I would highly...... with no hesitation . .. . recommend Ron Rich with Southern Roofing and Renovations out of Nashville. He is the guy to get it done!
