Paid for 6 massages in advance and only received 5 massages, they refused to honor the certificate after 7 months.
Recommend going elsewhere.
They claimed in another review it is "like a membership" but it is not a marketed as membership on the website, it literally says you are buying 6 massages and you get a discount because you are paying for all 6 massages in advance. If you want to sell a membership, then sell a membership where I can get one or more free massages a month for a set monthly cost, but that is not what I purchased. I purchased 6 massages. You gave me 5 massages. If you want to sell a set number of massages for a set price that is discounted because I am paying you the entire amount in advance, then give me ALL of the massages I paid for. It's clear that you care more about money than having clients who are satisfied and want to return, so I'll take my money elsewhere, thanks.
