Spa Le Finlandais

Too much noise. I have been your client for many years. Last night I made a reservation and had the worst thermal experience. Ever. I go to the Spa at least once a month. Everywhere in Quebec. We live in Drummondville. At your place, everyone talks very loudly. There is no longer the calmness and tranquility that I used to find with you. Many young people who shout, laugh and talk as if they are deaf. We tried to find a single calm place. We went upstairs to the multisensory space. 3 minutes was great, but first two gentlemen came with water and beer and sat down to talk, like at a restaurant, loud and piggy. I had to intervene and ask him to stop. They got angry and left slamming the door. I tried other areas too, I don't even want to tell you anymore. We are VERY disappointed with what is happening in the "Finnish Spa". It's not a spa, it's a place with hot water where people come. I saw many pre-adolescents with their parents. The highlight is that they didn't make a fuss. Tablets, ringing phones, in the spa next to the spa in calm rooms everywhere. Too bad the place is gorgeous. But it's not a spa.
