First visit to my house they measured the space that would need to be cooled. Next visit they brought an 8000 btu air conditioner. They should have brought us a 10000 btu. So they installed it wrong. Third visit ,they installed correctly but said if we wanted a 10000 btu we could just let them know and they would put it in. I called a couple days later to make that request. They ghosted me! Finally after calling a few more times the owner came to the house and suggested we move the air conditioner to a different room. He left saying to let him know if that’s what we wanted to do. The next day John’s secretary called to see if we wanted it moved. I said yes. She informed me that it would cost $100 for them to do this! I said forget it! This company is the worst! Do yourself a favor and call someone else!
