Does not competently complete services you pay for. Dr. Valenta does everything to avoid accountability. Overpriced in comparison to others. If you get work done at Spruce, and it fails or isn't correctly done, Dr. Valenta will ghost you and you will be on your own. Be forewarned. Zero compassion for senior citizens or veterans. I recommend you use ANY other dentist.

When I first started going to Spruce Dental last year, I loved it and told others about the superior care I had received. However, this last appointment was a disappointment and I can no longer recommend this dental practice. I had scheduled an appointment at the end of 2024, but was called less than two hours before my appointment to tell me that my hygienist had gone home sick. My appointment was for 1:00, and I was asked if I could there at 12:30. I could not, and was given a bit of an attitude that I had to reschedule. did have an appointment later that I needed to reschedule myself, and I called 24 hours in advance. I was told that I had to call 48 hours in advance or pay $60. Way too high and I was not given the same courtesy when the office had to reschedule 2 hours before my appointment. Hmmm. This last appointment was with someone who shared many political views throughout the appointment and actually never completed the full procedure. The dentist came in to check on my teeth before she had finished the cleaning, but she did not go back to the procedure but instead moved on to polishing. I am sorry to say that I will not return to this dental practice.
