I don`t understand how this law firm has 4 star rating. I made appointment that was two weeks out. The secretary actually called me 20 minutes before my first appointment with Mark Staats to cancel. She then called me 30 minutes before my rescheduled appointment to reschedule AGAIN from AM to PM that day. I finally met with Mark for first meeting ($425 per hour) and we agreed that I would do some homework and follow up with him via email to update him with progress of my estate situation. That was 3 weeks ago. Since then I have called his office and talked to his secretary twice to follow up. He maybe a good lawyer but his client service is brutal. Pro tip Mark,,,,, if you are too busy to take on new clients, say so! You could have saved me a bunch of time and money!!!
