Worst service I’ve ever seen on any company. We waited three hours with promises that the driver was five minutes away, but when I demanded the drivers location and looked it up in GPS, he was still over an hour and 15 minutes out. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told would call me back. That never happened. I will without a doubt be reporting their service to my insurance company to ensure nobody else has to deal with what I did. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
