I bought sliding glass doors several years ago. One of the doors is very had to open and close. I had a couple of handy men look at the door. they said the door opens and closes, so nothing to fix. I called Sterling and asked if they service the products they sell, they said yes. They told me they charge $125 service fee plus parts, I was very happy. They told me they would call to schedule this week. I had not heard from them, so I called to check. The lady said David said since you had dogs 5 years ago we can not help you. She then said if we come out we will charge you $250 and probably just tell you to buy a new door. Seriously!! I used to recommend them. Very disappointed. I grew up in the same neighborhood as the owners of this company. I used to play outside with the kids back in the 70's and 80's. This makes me said. You can do better
