The worst of the worst. Stratagem loves to take advantage of you with 45 days left on your lease. This company is run by unsavory management who practice unprofessional business practices. All 6 reviews on the local BBB.org are 1 star. You will regret renting or leasing from Stratagem Management, so as you see my low opinion of them, you can avoid this headache.
