Likely the worst Strata management company I have had the misfortune to deal with. Communications are terrible and they "professionals they contract out our even worse.

They recently put out tender for deck "repairs" on my complex.

They awarded the contract to a company that bid $823,000. The company stated the work in August 2023 WITHOUT A PERMIT!!! After 6 weeks with a stop work order they got a permit in Mid October.

Work is progressing a snails pace and in fact not a single deck has been completed as of Jan 12/23. The special assessment fees were taken over a 6 month period and the last payment was taken in early January.

This is not the first issue I have had wit them but it is by far the worst. Th only thing worse than Stratawest is the building "professionals" they do business with.
