In the last 4 months I have had Strongbuilt at my home for various HVAC and plumbing issues. Jose came in October to clean a lint buildup in my dryer duct. He was polite, pleasant, thorough and went the extra mile to show me what had been done. Excellent customer service. I also had Sal here to do my fall checkup. Same thing. He was pleasant, thorough, and detailed in what he had checked and gave me advice on how I could improve and maximize my HVAC system. And then there was a plumbing issue. Cesar came out the same day I called because I had a water leak from my dishwasher that was seeping from the kitchen into my living area. He determined the issue and called Bingham Restoration to further assess the amount of damage. He also was thorough, personable and made sure my issue was taken care of. I have had nothing but professionalism and courtesy from Strongbuilt. I would highly recommend them. Thank you to Jose, Sal and Cesar!
