I am now a month out. Having not being refunded a credit owed. I do not recommend. Pros and cons. I had some wins but an extremely frustrating The with an abundance of apologies, but no changes. The program is not cheap. The very last day the made that sweeps and changes the sheets weekly walked into my place a little after 8 AM without knocking check out, was at 10 AM multiple times I did not receive the food ordered, Structure House is not equipped for bariatric patients or gluten intolerant patients. It stresses three meals a day with volume metrics from trainers to life coaches to nutritionist to massages to counselors cost extra. There are group classes if you have an individual need it is difficult . everything is very cookie cutter. They have an electronic program to order your food. However, if you are a vegetarian, you must write it out you give them the meals for the week, and there is no way to correct it or realize that you Ordered something wrong unless you take a picture of your menu I was literally told by one of Which was the only rude person throughout the stay, despite having bad experiences, ‘that I should have done It correctly the first time’ When I requested to see my menu. I was finally around the second or third week asked what I needed and told to request what I For my diet. Later, I was told that I was not receiving my food Because the dining would count numbers of food and not Once you reach a certain number. Some people Place very much. It amazes me how many Come back multiple times for instance, every year or people would tell me it was their 13th Time. My goal was to improve back pain, and Back on track. It is not a vacation and never want to return. Do your research. Choose wisely. There is a person noted as a success story that told me she had lap band despite the video never mentioning. Truth? Idk. Why does she keep having to return? Despite all apologies things continued going wrong through the last week and seemed to get worse. It’s very disappointing. I was told that they were sorry that I had a bad experience but never corrected issues or did anything to make up to me the amount I paid. I saved all emails once I realized nothing was changing. There were multiple with no responses. Communication is absolutely terrible between departments. People told me different things until the end. I’m disappointed that I spent retirement money to stay 8 weeks. I encourage people to research and decide what you need. Unless you pay for extra meetings it’s not individualized. There is a menu to choose foods and classes you choose to attend. Do your research. With the money spent on the last two weeks which I foolishly extended I could have hired a trainer for the year. Just do your research and realize that no matter what it’s on you. You’ll succeed at home if you wish. Hire a nutritionist, a trainer a life coach & stay at home. Save money for a vacation!
-I only know of two days in a row that I received my meals correctly
-nutritionist that did my intake later talked to me on the phone after a complaint. She said that she didn’t remember me and that I belonged to the other nutritionist.
-trainers are paid for 25 minutes or 50 minutes. It’s cheaper for 50 minutes. I showed and was told that she must set up for a holiday party for the staff and could only do 25 minutes.(more expensive) was not asked ahead of time. We rescheduled but keep in mind that if I had not reached at least 24 hrs ahead of time that I’d be charged.
-low staff over holidays though we pay full price
-huge communication barriers between ordering food, whether eating in room and or what food you’ll actually receive. Very little consistency.
-told by front desk that I would not be charged for final nutrition meeting. The invoice shows a charge. I asked several times ahead of time yet I was charged. I’ve pointed out the discrepancy but the whole stay had issues. Once my meal was never delivered. There seemed to be no rhyme or reason. I’d show for a meal to be told it was likely on the way yo my room. I’m out of room to write.
