HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!

The owner, Patricia, and stylist Olga completely ruined my hair. I went from having beautiful, curly hair to a messy style that is neither curly, wavy, nor straight.

I expressed my dissatisfaction to the owner, but she gave me a vague response the first time. The second time, she completely ignored me.

All I requested was a simple haircut. Before my appointment, I called to confirm whether they had experience with curly hair, and the owner assured me that they did. However, she never mentioned that she would be straightening my hair. She told me that my curls would return to their natural state within a week. It's been over six months, and my hair has yet to return to its original curly state.

It’s truly disappointing!

The salon owner ghosted me on WhatsApp when I texted her about my hair situation. Terrible service!
