While they did arrive around the time scheduled, I do not feel they were completely honest and upfront about their services. I was told that if I paid an extra $50, the servicemen would move all the patio furniture off the patio including the planters. I moved all my teak chairs in the garage before they arrived and they moved my teak table in the house from the patio doors and another small table in the garage. My husband indicated to move everything else onto the grass in backyard. They pressure cleaned the patio without moving anything else onto the backyard.
They also broke one of my planter dishes.
