Oh NO.....just had my Lexus 460LS for a Radiator flush and immediately my heating system was damaged and had to be repaired by Regency Lexus.
Apparently Superstar charged $150 (Lexus dealer $171) for the full flush but just poured more coolant into the radiator resulting in damaging the car heating system. To add injury on top they even used up my spare Lexus bought coolant!!! I used for the so call convenience as was doing the oil change too.
Second problem: engine oil change instructions was to just use my own 5 qt new Mobile One oil (as I am not sure what oil they use) and I shall top up at home myself. But they used my bottle (hopefully) and added 4 qts of theirs. They charged 75$ for the 4 qt!
Mobile One cost $41 for 5 qt. at Canadian Tire.
Thats the service from Superstar of Richmond!!!!! Really Hopeless and disappointing.
