There are several issues with since place; it's New Haven location.
One, you always (and I mean always) have to wait in the waiting room for a long time. I have waited from 1 to 2.5 hours. I once overheard someone talking on the phone that she and her children had been waiting for 4 hours.
Two, there are always children screaming and running around in the waiting room
Three, there is only one or two dentists working there at any given time. The dentist is running between rooms, that is, treating several patients at the same time, so to speak, which, of course, not only means that your treatment takes much longer than it should, it also means that dentists are much more likely to makes mistakes. To wit, I had to back three times to fix fillings.
If you have other options, you should avoid this place.
