What kind of company charges you nearly $700. To repair your emergency brakes. I had to bring the vehicle back three times. When you apply the emergency brake, the pedal has no resistance, and goes right to the floor. They're telling me that's normal. While the emergency brake it's right to the floor and you put the vehicle in drive and not stepping on the gas at all, the vehicle will move slowly no emergency brake whatsoever. they're telling me that's normal. Then what's the purpose of an emergency brake if it can't even hold the vehicle when it's in drive, let alone on incline, or if you actually have to use the emergency brake in an emergency. I I've been a long time faithful customer. Lots of other auto repair shops in the area. I also called Boyers Chevy dealership.. Told them the situation, they just laughed at a mechanic saying something like that. This company doesn't mind taking your money. But when they can't fix it the right way, they'll treat you like you're a dummy. playing you like a fool..

Even though T&B Automotive is aware that in certain cases, the mechanical work you're looking to have done, will not make any difference when the work is completed. They will still sell you the required parts then charge you to install the parts.
After the work has been performed, you then realize that nothing has improved.
When you bring the vehicle back, they won't stand by their work. And then tell you they are not responsible for design flaws in your particular vehicle.
