I'm writing this review as a warning to others after having a horrific experience with Taps Depot Ltd. What started as a simple purchase turned into a nightmare that lasted for weeks.
After placing my order, I was given the runaround with constant excuses and delays. I patiently waited, thinking that the issue would be resolved soon. However, as the weeks went by, it became clear that the company was stalling.
When I finally called them out on their excuses, the representative I spoke with became aggressive and swore at me. To my shock, they then blocked my number, stating that they wouldn't help a customer like me.
It's been weeks since I made the purchase, and I still haven't received my order. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, my calls and messages have been ignored. It's clear that Taps Depot Ltd has no intention of providing customer service or resolving the issue.
To make matters worse, they've taken my money without delivering the product. This is a clear case of scamming, and I would advise everyone to avoid doing business with Taps Depot Ltd.
If you value your hard-earned money and want to avoid the stress of dealing with unscrupulous companies, stay far away from Taps Depot Ltd. There are plenty of other reputable businesses that will provide you with better service and products.
