The process was excellent. It was remote and required several exchanges, measurement, photographs, etc
Sam showed considerable patience, professionalism, dedication and knowledge during the whole process.
There was a glitch at the time of delivery but Sam stepped in and I received the product next morning. Very satisfactory.
