The company was very responsive to coming out to inspect the house in Morgan Hill. After inspection, we scheduled time to lay a vapor barrier under the house and tent the house for termites. The work was done timely, and of course they were paid timely! Following a re-inspection, I was unable to get a report that said we've been paid, the work we did, and that we do not see any pests. I've called 3 times. A report was sent to the address, not my billing address or my email. The report was forwarded to a second address and then reforwarded to me. AND IT WAS NOT THE REPORT I REQUESTED. It said we paid a fraction of what was paid, and we consigned the remaining work to others. Hello! I hired you and your are responsible for the entire job! So get me the report so I can list my house for sale and disclose the work done!
