I was looking on the internet for a law firm to ask some questions about a problem I has been dealing with so I called Teryl Scott Lawyers Inc. It was near closing time when I called and one of the Executive Assistants, Kaylah Jensen, answered the phone. Wow. I can't even start to tell you how helpful and respectful she was. She listened to my general concern and knew exactly where to direct me. She even helped me set up an appointment for the very next day. She was pleasant and kind. It was without a doubt the most I impressed I have ever been with someone when I have called an office. She helped me get everything set up and it was well beyond the end of her day by the time we were done. Thank you so much. The next day, just a couple of hours before my appointment, I had to change from in-person to virtual. When I called the office to make this request, I was lucky enough that she answered Again, she was super pleasant and made the change for me with no issues. I can't stress enough what an asset I believe she is to this organization. If I ever open some sort of business, I will certainly think of trying to steal her away. She is just what you need as the face of your organization. Thank you, Kaylah. I will not forget how well I was treated by you in this case and by the organization as a whole.
