I had a terrible experience at Texas Tires in Killeen, TX today December 8, 2024. I was given a price for a lift kit installation over the phone on December 7, 2024. On December 8, 2024, I dropped my vehicle off. I expected the job to be complete in a day or two. An hour later I received a phone call saying that they couldn't honor the job at the original price and would need to charge more or not do the job at all. This is completely unprofessional and a huge waste of my time. If you can't stick to your word, how can customers trust you? I won't be coming back and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
