I asked, several times, for a physio therapist who could direct bill Veteran's Affairs (VAC) and was told "absolutely that would be done no need to worry", I then found out they gave me a therapist who was not authorized by VAC and may not have been, at the time, qualified as a physio therapist at all, the exercises she gave me did more harm than good. Now The Bridge expects me to pay for the two appointments, I had with her, out of my own pocket, absolutely not going to happen! I have since found an experienced and fully qualified physio therapist who is great and honest.
