I would like to thank Vinu for her exceptional treatment of my physical ailments. About one year ago I was diagnosed with a prolapsed colon that would require surgical repair. The surgeon suggested that I seed a professional who could teach me pelvic floor exercises to strengthen my muscles prior to surgery. My daughter recommended Vinu and I booked an appointment. I must say that from our first meeting I felt at ease and comfortable with Vinu. Her professionalism and knowledge of my treatment plan was astounding. At 83 it was a little difficult at first to understand what and how to perform the exercises, and Vinu's patience never made me feel uncomfortable, she just gently went over and over the instructions all the while explaining the anatomy of my body so that I could comprehend what it was that I had to do. Thank you Vinu that you could teach me what I needed to do. My case was so severe that the prolapse did not completely go back and surgery was required. Even after surgery it is very important to continue with the exercise, as in some cases the surgery is only a temporary fix.

During the course of the initial treatment Vinu inquired about any other health issues that I may have. I told her that I have suffered for decades with restless leg syndrome and extreme muscle spasm in my legs, especially during the night. Vinu then told me that she could treat this problem and that it would go away. I must admit that I was a little skeptical about the prognosis, because as far as I knew there was no cure for this problem. I knew Vinu well enough to know she would not tell me something that she could not deliver on, and I agreed to have the treatment. Vinu uses what is called "needling". Does the treatment hurt, I won't lie, yes it does for one moment. Those are the moments that you want, as she has been able to hit the muscle and jolt it back into action, awake it from sleep, so to speak. After just the first treatment I could not believe how much the spasms had declined. After several treatments the spasms have completely gone. I totally recommend everyone who has this problem to get treatments from Vinu. The freedom from painful spasms at night, and even in the day time, is worth the few moments of pain when the cure is administered.

One more thing! I have had neuropathy in my feet and legs from the knee down for around thirty years. I still remember vividly how one day I was walking in high heeled shoes and all of a sudden I could hardly take another step. I took my shoes off and my toes seemed to be pulled into a cramped position. With difficulty I was able to put my shoes back on. I had to switch to low heeled shoes to be able to walk. Over the years my feet and toes had become so sensitive that a gentle tap on my feet felt like a million pins and needles. Stepping on a tiny piece of bread crumb in bare feet was unbearable. This problem too, I mentioned to Vinu. She again told me that she could fix it. I was extremely skeptical, because everything I had ever read or talked to my GP about pointed out that neuropathy is irreversible. But again, I trusted Vinu, and gave permission to treat my neuropathy with the needling. After the first treatment I noticed a big difference in my pain. After several treatments I only notice a faint numbness of the feet, which before felt as if they were asleep. One toe which was being pulled upwards, and had been that way for many years, straightened out. I have become an advocate for being treated for extremely painful spasms and neuropathy with needling. If you suffer as I did for too many years, make an appointment with Vinu, let her explain the procedure and benefits to a pain free life. You are worth every penny it may cost you, but please follow through to the end, half a treatment is not enough. Half way is like breaking a leg, letting your doctor set it, but not protecting it with a cast.
In hindsight, getting a prolapsed colon and the surgery for correction, is the best thing that could have happened to me. Through it I found "Vinu, who has made my old age a lot more pleasant and comfortable.
