My initial action is just the beginning, as there is more to come. Throughout my dealings with this company, I have remained cordial and understanding. We made a significant investment of over 10k for new floors, and installment. We even purchased additional materials along that would cover warranty. However, after only three months, the floors began to lift. It turns out that we are not the only ones experiencing this issue, as the company has a complaint with the Better Business Bureau for the same issue. Initially, they weren’t prompt but they responded, but only because my contractor reached out to them. However, they eventually stopped communicating which sounds like they refuse to honor our warranty or acknowledge us as valued customers, it’s been over three months with no communication. It is crucial to bring attention to these individuals and their deceitful practices. They lack integrity and are not trustworthy.
