I had one of the worst experience today with a Canadian company. I wanted to replace my old garage door opener with a new one which I bothered few days ago. I looked on the internet and I found The Garage Door Repair Guys of Edmonton. They offered me to replace the opener in the same day which was great. When the technician came he looked at the job and he said that will cost me $400, the guy from the phone told me around $250. I said it's ok as O wanted to get the door fixed. The technician started to unplug the old opener and cut the wires. After that he told me that he can't continue with the job because I suppose to buy something else together with the new opener. I told him that he suppose to figure out this before he started. I couldn't understand with him, he was arguing with me the it was my fault.
He left me with the garage door unusable an I had to pay him $30 for the call
Do not call The Garage Door Repair Guys of Edmonton, you will have only troubles
