If I could give a 15 star review I would! Five for the body, five for the mind, and five for the spirit. This place has changed all of those aspects of my life for the better. Like most, I came for the physical--more flexibility and strength; better fitness overall. I've lost 30 pounds and kept it off for 8 years. The calmness that the yoga practice brings has helped all aspects of my life, and the community of friends is second to none.
