Had an issue with my garage, so decided to go back through my old reviews to find who I used last time. The review search feature made it easy for me to find Five Star Club member Tip Top Garage Doors, who was my provider of choice all the way back in 2018, so I decided to give them a call, and I am happy to say that they continue to be Five Star worthy in every aspect of their service. I called and was met by a friendly voice who was able to fit me in the same day. Little did I know, that actually meant within 15 minutes, which was beyond awesome, as that is what you call responsive service!
Cisco showed up at my home and took the time to educate me while diagnosing the issue, and you could tell that he had the heart of a teacher, as he enjoyed walking me through the process he was using and gave me some tips regarding future maintenance and upkeep as well. Cisco did a tremendous job not only fixing the issue, but also with the way he communicated each step he was performing, to ensure I understood why he was doing what he was doing. You couldn't ask for a more first class service provider than Cisco, and I really appreicated the fact that he took the time to educate and communicate, as those traits are rare these days.
Overall, Tip Top Garage Doors proved once again why they are in my opinion the undisputed leader in all things garage doors in the Charlotte area, as the are friendly, prompt, have great communication, get the job done quickly and efficiently and most of all, do it all at a fantastic value compared to the competition. Six years later and still the same great Five Star Service...very well done!
