came into the store a couple of weeks ago with a tire balance problem on the rear of my tacoma p/u. the fellow i dealt with took the truck in while i waited and had the tires balanced right away.i was expecting to have to make an appointment.price was right and the problem was solved.left me with a great impression of your staff and service.thanks, Bob
