Tony's Tree Care

My experience with this company is they do not take the blame for their own mistakes. They damaged my brand new trampoline after I mentioned that the tree he was cutting was going to fall on my trampoline, he replies no, no worries I know what I'm doing. And sure enough it fell on my trampoline and damaged the netting and two dented poles. He said oh it's nothing it is miner. After numerous times mentioning it to him that the poles need replacing he gives me the run around then accused me of being greedy and gave him all info sites to find the replacing poles and still insists that I was to blame for the damages. This has been the worst customer service I have received in my life. Own-up for the damages and pay-up Anthony. I was also nice enough to pay in full fit my services with trust and faith that you would come through with your promise to fix what you damaged.

Tony and his staff were very efficient and did an amazing job not only with the removal of anextremely large tree but the cleanup after was phenomenal. Definitely recommend them
