Touch of Heaven Nordic Spa and Retreat

I recently stayed at A Touch of Heaven Spa and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The staff leaves at 9 PM, leaving guests alone with random individuals in adjacent rooms, with no telephone available in the room for emergencies.

Moreover, the hot tub is disappointingly small, accommodating only two guests comfortably. The pool was green with residue floating around.

Adding to the inconvenience, the rooms are situated at one end of the building, while the spa is located at the opposite end. This meant traversing through staff rooms, service areas, and locker rooms.

They use normal keys to lock the overnight stay rooms, which one could easily make a copy.

To top it off, breakfast was an uncomfortable affair, with a chef standing beside us for an hour while we attempted to eat.

Overall, my stay at A Touch of Heaven Spa was unsatisfactory, and I would not recommend it to others. All of these concerns were mentioned to the owner and he offered us 1.5 hours free stay at the Nordic spa but said that it didn't warrant a refund.
