I was quoted about 45 minutes for the pickup. They showed up in about 50 minutes. Not bad for as much construction going on around here. My parking brake was locked up so it wouldn't roll. He used skids under the back tires so it wouldn't slide the tires. He put it on the flatbed just far enough to secure it. We had a very pleasant conversation while going to the shop. Very courteous, and the truck was clean. I will definitely use them again if I need to. Definite five out of five.
