Tri Tran is an amazing physio. He is so knowledgeable & personable! He’s very creative with the various exercises & really keeps you motivated. A colleague recommended Tri when I was waiting for a knee replacement. The prehab I did with Tri really improved my strength & helped with my post-op recovery. I never had to worry about what or when to do something – I just followed the plan Tri laid out. I am so happy with my resulting strength, balance & flexion. I highly recommend seeing Tri – you’ll be so happy you did!
