Transform Weight Loss

Whilst I appreciate their knowledge in general on obesity and acknowledging it’s a chronic disease. I couldn’t NOT get on board that they believe T2D just can “go away” or be “cured”. T2D once diagnosed it’s either you’re CONTROLLED or you’re not. To be told that directly from one of the obesity doctors and then told this by one of the dietitians…. Made me feel completely sick to my stomach. To spread such misinformation is beyond scary. I also cannot get on board that they tbink of GLP1 medicines as a “tool” to help aide in weight loss… but I challenge their way of thinking and ask, okay let’s say someone loses their weight with the help of a GLP1 medicine, then gets off. You think the food noise is just miraculously cured?! Or their metabolic dysregulation is cured as well?! WHY do other obesity doctors disagree and agree with what I am saying?! In my opinion that’s just lazy medical practice of thinking in an OUTDATED mentality. Please step into 2024!
