10/10. Awesome business. I would highly recommend them.
I have a Ford van 2011 Econoline.
I carelessly hit a pole when I was backing up at night after shopping at London Drugs and did over $4000 damage to my front left panel and wheel hub. My deductible was $400.
The reason I took a chance on them was because I was working just outside Lanigan away from my home city Calgary and decided not to wait but to get it fixed in Saskatoon. I was in Saskatchewan for 6 months for work.
I feel l ike I made the right decision because they were super great to deal with start to finish. Not only that - they did an awesome job. They went above and beyond. There is no sign at all of any damage whatsoever and it looks better than before the damage.
After I got my van back -- maybe 2 weeks later -- I noticed that the plastic engine cover was dragging on the ground. It had fallen down. They must not have secured it properly when they put it back on. I was in Saskatoon when I noticed it and stopped by to show them. They promptly ordered me another one and installed it as soon as the part came in.
They were also very accommodating considering I was over an hour away and couldn't easily get into the city.
Everyone at CARSTAR Saskatoon was super great -- from receptionist to manager. Great office !
I don't easily give out a 10/10 because my standards are high but they met the mark !
