Upperedge has been managing our rental now for 2 yrs , fabulous response time and getting all concerns dealt with in a timely manners , no complaints

I have had more many problems with this company ranging from booking emergency heating repairs to communication. I canceled my account with them a few months ago, and have emailed, called and even showed up in person to discuss the money in my account and they will not get back to me. I will getting a lawyer involved. I cannot believe the lack of communication and unprofessionalism in this company. I am appalled.
