I'm not very satisfied with the service my daughter and I have received. She's covered by non-insured health benefits through Indian and Northern Affairs, and it's been over a year trying to resolve a simple $40 routine bill. The secretaries made billing errors and have been uncooperative in fixing them. Instead of receiving an apology, I've had to continuously call them to sort out an issue that should have been handled on their end. Their focus seems more on pointing fingers at others than fixing their own mistakes. I'm still waiting for this to be resolved, and overall, I'm not impressed with their approach.
