I've been attending Urban Fit Yoga for the past three months, typically going two to three times a week, and I absolutely love it. The Stretch Yoga and Bikram Yoga classes have worked wonders for my body and mind. I'm now more flexible, free of pain and tightness, and have even lost weight. Mentally, I feel more peaceful and better equipped to handle stress.

Wayne Campbell, the owner, is a National Yoga Champion, which speaks volumes about his expertise. He has also developed an impressive online teacher training program for Stretch Yoga Therapy, further showcasing his knowledge and dedication. Urban Fit Yoga has truly been a game changer for me!
