My name is Sylvia. I got a fill-in on today. Went in at 12:15 came out at 2:25. I'm a little disappointed with my visit this time because right in the middle of my feeling the nail tech/owner to do someone else's nails and while he did come back, it was 20 to 30 minutes before he did, after coming back, I feel like he started rushing because it seemed like they were Short staffed. And well, I understand that I was frustrated and I almost walked out because of what happened. every time since the first time I have come to this nail salon there's always been glue left on the sides of my fingers, and this is no longer Acceptable. I feel like due to the inconvenience of the Nail tech walking away from the station at least four times not including when he said to do someone else's nails I should receive some type of discount on my services today.
Instead, I was told to pay $60 I said to him that I was going to recommend others to the salon and while I want to do that, I'm not sure that I will because I actually got a rest job today. I spent two hours in the salon. I'm not angry. I'm just speaking the truth. Other than that, the atmosphere and the ambience is good in this place. It was a disservice on today, the owner was pretty kind about it, but it does not negate the fact that this happened. Thank you for listening
