As much as I've always loved the staff and enjoyed my experience here. I was a bit disappointed recently when a specialist came took a biopsy and I went all the way back from hope to get the results expecting more than just a sentence or two. I was told it was pre-cancerous tissue in my mouth found had to go further to Surrey to follow through when they call me for an appointment. I left feeling quite frightened. My own GP explained that there is a possibility they can use steroid topical treatment so I feel better but this specialist needs to work on his bedside manner maybe he had a bad day I don't know. I'm sure he's an excellent doctor
