I would give NO stars but that is not an option. Today I was at my mother's house to be with her when she said goodbye to her sweet Lilly. This so-called compassionate vet and his sidekick came the 1st thing he wanted was a $25 travel fee and then pushed a paper at her and told her to sign. Never once acknowledged the dog. He then said he will give 1st shot she will fall asleep then he will give the other and it will be quick. We wanted to have her lay down in her favorite spot in my mom's room but he insisted on the kitchen floor. I asked him if he had a blanket she should lay on so that when it was time to take her he could wrap her up. He said he does but not for that and they put her in a plastic body bag. Let me not forget to say he had his tesla running outside the whole time (it was not hot outside this morning) but of course you did because it was all about get in kill the dog and get out to the next one. after the 1st injection he barely waited till Lilly was down before he started to shave her leg. Now the WORST part comes. Lilly had a seizure right after the 2nd injection and my mom freaked out! this horrible man said it's normal and just held her down with his weight. My mom is elderly and found this company online and her dog was her everything and he made this sad day a nightmare! Shame on you for being a money greedy no soul human being. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
