Very quick to call back and got good advice. Thanks
No answer when I called. I attempted 7 times and straight to voice mail.
The owner Chris, rudely hanged up on me and never called back!
I hired this company to repair a hole in my roof about a year and half ago. Unfortunately a hole appeared during the rain storm we had recently and I attempted to call for a warranty call. Unfortunately the company blocked my number for the warranty call and I had to hire another company to repair the hole.
We hired him to do a Job at our house on the Westend.
He did not even have a contract to sign.
I had to build this.
He said on the onset that he would get paid after job was done, but then pressured for money the whole way through the job, and then asked for more at the end, and threatened if he did not get more, he wouldn't complete the job, which is what he did. We paid him out in full as per what was on the agreement he signed.
He took 3 weeks over what was promised for a completion date.
And then he walked from the job leaving, what we are now finding out by new roofers that he has cut a lot of corners, things like failed to put drip edge on And did not seal the roof correctly.
We will be making a insurance claim for our job, don't get yourself into the same situation.
He talks really really nice and knowledgable, but is actually very rude and will erupt out of the blue and turn condescending. Super unprofessional.
We also found out that he did not even pay his helper, who did the work for him and is still fighting to get money for the work he did.. see other review.
Do not hire this guy, he will screw you.
