well My pet needed a prescription where the vet was on vacation so we waited a week to have the vet write a prescription ,yet once we went online and made order in order to buy the medicine instead of attaching the prescription or write the vet information the vet demanded to have this prescription mailed and contacted the chewy in order to get the medicine ,chewy said the vet asked to have the prescription mailed to chewy and not using email or fax style, its like why the vet office wont fax the prescription to chewy, yes service from hill. Where the vet and chewy both from different state so mail service take time and yet the vet doesn't see the quality of service.
