Honestly horrible place and management.
Brought my gf to get her first medi pedi and full nails.
They cut my foot
Botched her nails not once, twice or even 4 times but 8
We are going back today to have them do 2 toes they completely forgot to do, will be getting a refund.

You can imagine also during those 8 other fixes (hours) they turned to deflection and gaslighting. Even bringing my sex into my ability to see if a nail is scuffed up post finishing. Pathetic

Been coming for years and bringing in my friends. On Friday I booked for a colour change, I get there and I’m told my old lady doing my nails can’t speak English and I would have to have another staff translate while getting nails done. That alone was annoying tracking down the lady to speak for me. Immediately I knew this older woman had zero experience with nails. She definitely was in training and I wasn’t told. She was making my nails round and not long and square like I like. I now have damage shape to my nails. I got up and left and went somewhere else.
This is not okay service. I demand a free colour change. My nails are now wrecked. They are small and circle because of the communication issue which isn’t my fault. I would like a full set done to fix my nails without being charged. This is repulsive.
